Ingredients

1.5 oz Mezcal Tequila

• 1.5 oz Fresh juiced grapefruit juice

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• ½ – 1 oz honey syrup

• Seltzer (optional)

• Grapefruit wedge for garnish

• Rosemary sprig for garnish CITRUS-CHILLI SALT

• ½ – 1 tsp chili powder

• 2 tsp sea salt

• 1 zested lime

• TO SALT THE RIM

Directions

First, mix together all of the ingredients on a plate. Cut the end of a lime and use it to run around the rim of a rocks glass then press into the chili-salt mixture, set aside. • FOR THE COCKTAIL Pour the mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice and honey syrup into an ice filled cocktail shaker, and shake until cold. Strain into salt rimmed and ice filled glass, add seltzer to top. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig, enjoy.
